Bugs

Arent these cool!! So my sister Angelina collects bugs. When I was home she showed me her collection, she has some pretty cool lookin ones. Well, since then, I've really been payin attention to the bugs here in Japan. I'm in Okinawa right now and the incects here are so abunbant you couldn't miss them if you tried. Most noticable is the Cicada. A cicada, is a large broad headed bug, and the males are VERY loud. You can hear their song for hours at a time here. In the states there are two diffrent kind that come out in either 13 or 17 year intervals, but they are perrenial here. I went dead bug hunting the other day and was lucky enough to find a dead cicada and a Cicada's shell. These pics are of the male cicada, but this one is prettier than the one I found.
